Chopra has been training with the Gateshead first team for the past couple of weeks prior to signing a non-contract deal at the club.
Gateshead remain under a transfer embargo but have agreed a deal with the unattached youngster, who said: “It’s really exciting to be here at Gateshead.
“I’m a quick, striker, I like to get in the box, score goals, get assists and work hard for the team really.
“It’s been good training with the first team too – it’s a good challenge and I’m really enjoying being part of the team.
“They are a great group of lads and they’ve all been very supporive, encouraging and welcoming to me.
“Clarky, the manager wants to play football here and that suits me and the team really well.
“I’m young and I’m always looking to improve all areas of my game, I’m delighted to be given the opportunity here and I hope I can repay the faith shown in me.”
