Shipping Rates
Shipping is charged on a per item basis. The product page displays the cost of shipping for 1 quantity of that item. Therefore the total shipping cost will be the sum of all the individual items shipping costs in your cart.
Delivery/Stock Availability
All deliveries will be made within the following guidelines (Allowing for availability of stock):
Mainland UK - 14 working days
Offshore UK, Northern Ireland, BFPO, Eire, and Europe - 21 working days
Rest of the World - 21 working days
Deliveries are likely to be made Monday to Friday.
*Please note we cannot deliver to a PO Box address.
Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock or sold out due to unprecedented demand. Where possible these items will be removed from the website, where possible we will offer alternative items on customer approval. If this is not possible, we will place out of stock items on back order and it will follow as soon as possible on a separate delivery. Customers can choose to accept a partially complete order at the time of checkout. If any items are likely to take more than three weeks the club will contact the customer to check with whether they wish to proceed with the order. If any items have been discontinued we will endeavour to offer an alternative wherever possible.
Cancellations/Returns Policy
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us on +44 (0)191 478 3883, or email us at orders@gateshead-fc.com. We advise you to email us immediately to stand the best chance of catching us before your order is processed. If you email us, please include a daytime telephone number if possible.
You may return any item within 7 working days in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid for the item. However, we cannot refund any postage costs involved.
To return an item please include the merchandise with thorough details of your order. Please allow up to 14 working days for this to be processed.
For your protection Gateshead Football Club Ltd recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
