Gateshead Fan Paul Goodfellow is running the BUPA Great Capital Run in London's Hyde Park on Sunday 20th July 2008 in support of the Royal Air Force Association.
The Royal Air Force Association helps serving and ex-serving Air Force staff, and their familys / dependants. He has chosen this chairty to remember his friend SAC Christopher Bridge - RAF Regiment, who was sadly killed in action last year in Afghanistan.
If you would like to support Paul in his efforts, he has setup a fund raising page online where donations to his cause can be made.
