Hyde Game At Croft Park
Gateshead's home game against Hyde on Saturday week in the Blue Square Bet Premier will take place at Croft Park, the home of Blyth Spartans AFC.
Gateshead have been given special dispensation to stage the game at Croft Park by the Football Conference.
The Tynesiders will certainly lead a nomadic existence playing on three different grounds in the space of a week due to pitch problems at the International Stadium.
Saturday's game against Braintree Town will be the second fixture to be staged at Hartlepool United's Victoria Park stadium.
Tuesday will then see The Heed host Kidderminster Harriers at York City's Bootham Crescent ground followed by the trip to Blyth.
After a meeting involving the Club, Gateshead Council and the Football Conference it has been agreed that the International Stadium will not stage any more games this season.
"We are pleased that the Football Conference has allowed us to play Hyde at Croft Park and would like to thank Blyth Spartans FC for staging the game," said Gateshead chairman Graham Wood.
"Gateshead and Blyth have been local rivals over the years but we are all part of the football family and it is a good gesture on their behalf to allow us to use their facilities.."
While Hartlepool is 30 miles south of Gateshead and York 80 miles Blyth is 20 miles up the coast in Northumberland.
The venues for the outstanding games against Luton Town, Newport County and Ebbsfleet United will be announced in due course.
