Gateshead line up Rangers friendly
Gateshead Reserves will take on Glasgow Rangers second string in a behind closed doors friendly at the SPL giants training ground on Wednesday.
The Tynesiders were without a reserve fixture this week but will now take on Rangers in a 2pm kick-off at Milngavie.
Those players not named in Gateshead's starting line up for the big Blue Square Bet Premier game against York City at the International Stadium on Tuesday will be on the coach to Scotland.
Winger James Marwood, back in training after a long lay-off with an ankle injury, could be given some game time north of the border.
Gateshead meanwhile will look to protect their unbeaten home record in the Conference against York in what is a top five clash with just three points separating the two sides.
Turnstiles at both ends of the Tyne & Wear stand will be open as will both servaries on the concourse with York City fans housed in the East Stand.
Kick-off at the International Stadium is 7:45pm.
