Clark missed just three games all season and claimed 11 Man of the Match Awards, one more than the long serving Curtis.
Curtis was named Players Player of the Year with Jon Shaw claiming the top goalscorers award after scoring 21 goals in his first season on Tyneside.
Goal of the Season went to on loan Sunderland left back Michael Liddle for his stunning debut strike against Kidderminster Harriers in January.
Josh Gillies won the accolade as top performer for the reserves while the departed Brian Wake's considerable contribution to the second string will also be recognised.
Adam Robson, 98, received the Club Man of the Year Award while retiring Operations Manager Margaret Lord received a bouquet of flowers for her considerable contribution to the Gateshead cause.
Gateshead FC Supporters Club chairman Bernard McWilliams meanwhile presented a £5,000 cheque raised by the supporters for the Football Club before the final game of the season against Newport County.
