Ian BogieGateshead reserves bring the curtain down on their 2010/11 campaign with a totesport.com fixture against League Two outfit Lincoln City at Sincil Bank this afternoon.

With eight of Gateshead's professional squad injured, and on loan wide man Adam Rundle unavailable, manager Ian Bogie is named as the only substitute in a depleted squad.

Teenage trialist Dean Deagle plays at left back with Carl Jones, who captains the side, Josh Gillies and Richard Offiong the only professionals in a young side.

Former Carlisle United trainee Jonny Ball plays his second game in goal with Gillies on the left, Offiong up front and Jones alongside Dan Lay at the centre of defence.

Lincoln City's second string won 3-2 at the International Stadium earlier in the season when former Gateshead goalkeeper Paul Musselwhite was between the posts though he is unlikely to feature today.

Gateshead's injury list as the season draws to a close includes captain Ben Clark (hamstring), vice-captain Kris Gate (broken ribs), winger James Marwood (broken ankle), striker Jon Shaw (hamstring), midfielder Ashley Winn (knee), striker Jonny Allan (knee), midfielder Steven Baptist (knee) and defender Michael Liddle (impact injury)

Liddle is expected to be fit for the visit of Newport County on Saturday in the final Blue Square Bet Premier game of the season, kick-off 5:15pm.
