New Website Launched Soon

A new look official Club website is to be unveiled soon.

As part of the switch-over to the new site, it is necessary to decommission the current website on Thursday 30th June. The new site will go live on Monday 11th July. During the interim period, you can keep up to date with the latest news on our social media channels.

GATESHEAD's new-look squad has assembled for the start of pre-season training ahead of an eagerly anticipated 2016-17 campaign.

There were 12 new faces on display, manager Neil Aspin having spread his net far and wide during the close-season.

Smith came through the ranks at hometown club Barnsley making 44 appearances for the Tykes as a teenager.

PORT Vale goalkeeper Sam Johnson is the latest player to join Gateshead ahead of the new Vanarama National League season.

The 6' 6" shot-stopper has joined Gateshead on a season-long loan from the Valiants.

Gateshead International Stadium staged the monthly Silver Soccer Inter-Hub Tournament with a European theme on Monday Evening.

Group H (Heed) - comprising of four teams, England, Russia, Slovakia and Wales battled in out to become European Champions.

GATESHEAD have brought in Torquay United winger Toby Ajala after the Londoner turned down a new contract offer at Plainmoor.

The 24-year-old former Bristol City player played the first half of last season at Dover Athletic and the second at former club Torquay.
